All construction engagements with Mahar Builders (SMC) Private Limited are governed exclusively by signed written contracts, itemized Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and agreed milestone schedules.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand emblems, structural diagrams, website copy, and photography are the intellectual property of Mahar Builders (SMC) Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under construction agreements or corporate dealings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Multan, Pakistan.
